Eligibility: The Gift feature is available to all verified users of the My Digi Gold platform with a sufficient gold balance.
Recipient Responsibility: The recipient must accept the gift within 72 hours of the gift transaction. If not claimed, the gifted weight of gold will be refunded to the sender's Digi Gold account.
Transfer/Acceptance Responsibility: The Sender and Receiver both need to validate the transaction with OTP verification.
Revocable Transaction: Once confirmed, the gift transaction is considered final; however, the sender can still cancel the gift transfer until it is accepted by the recipient.
KYC & Regulatory Compliance: Both sender and recipient may be required to complete KYC as per regulatory norms.
Transfer Limits: My Digi Gold reserves the right to limit the number or value of gift transactions per day/month per user, to prevent misuse.
Service Fees: While the Gift feature is currently free, My Digi Gold reserves the right to introduce service fees with prior notification.
Digital Invoice: A unique Gift invoice is generated for every transaction and can be used for customer service or verification.
Platform Liability: My Digi Gold will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect recipient details entered by the sender. My Digi Gold will consider claims only for genuine gift transactions, subject to verification. Any false, fraudulent, or unverified claims will not be entertained.
Modification of Terms: My Digi Gold may update these terms and conditions periodically. Users will be notified of any major changes via app/email.
Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute or difference arising under these T&Cs, the matter shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Calcutta High Court.
