Senco Gold Limited (“SGL”) has introduced a Refer and Earn initiative under My Digi Gold, where customers can earn bonus gold by referring friends to the platform. This document outlines the terms and conditions applicable to the Refer and Earn program.
1. Who can participate?
- The Refer and Earn program is open to all registered customers of My Digi Gold.
2. Who can be referred?
- Referrals must be new customers who have not previously registered on My Digi Gold.
1. Finding the Refer and Earn Section
- Navigate to the My Digi Gold website or app and look for the 'Refer and Earn' link prominently displayed on the homepage or in the main menu.
2. Generating and Sharing Referral Code/Link
- Upon accessing the Refer and Earn section, a unique referral code or link will be automatically generated. You can copy and share this code/link with your friends.
3. Using the Referral Link
- When a friend clicks on your referral link, they will be redirected to the My Digi Gold website or app to download and register.
4. Completing the Referral
- Your friend must complete the registration and purchase a designated amount of My Digi Gold through the platform.
1. Receiving Bonus Gold
- Once your referred friend makes their first purchase of My Digi Gold, both you and your friend will receive bonus gold. Your friend shall receive Free Gold digitally worth Rs. 100, and You shall receive Free Gold digitally worth Rs. 200.
2. Conditions for Bonus Gold
- Bonus gold is awarded only after the referred friend completes their first purchase.

- You can track your referrals and bonuses through the Refer and Earn dashboard on the My Digi Gold website or app.
2. Referral Limits
- There is generally no limit to the number of friends you can refer to. However, specific conditions may apply as per the terms mentioned on the platform.
1. Eligible Referrals
- Referrals must be unique, new customers. Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not eligible for the bonus.
2. Incomplete Referrals
- If a referred friend registers but does not complete the purchase, neither the referrer nor the friend will receive the bonus gold.

- Senco Gold LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer and Earn program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the My Digi Gold platform.
2. Termination of Participation
- Senco Gold LTD reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Refer and Earn program if they are found violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
1. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of India.
2. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes related to this Refer and Earn program are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only. The company reserves the right to modify or change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
