1. Who is eligible to earn Loyalty Points?

This Loyalty Points are available to all customers who make a single purchase worth Rs. 5,000 (exclusive of GST) or more on the My Digi Gold platform.

2. How do I earn Loyalty Points?

For every eligible purchase of Rs. 5,000 (exclusive of GST) or more on My Digi Gold platform, you will earn loyalty points.

3. What is the value of 1 loyalty point?

1 Loyalty point = ₹1/-

4. How can I check my accumulated loyalty points?

To view your accumulated loyalty points, go to your My Digi Gold ‘Account’ and click on ‘Loyalty Points’ to view your accumulated loyalty points.

5. How do I redeem my loyalty points?

You can redeem your Loyalty Points by following the below steps -

  • Log in to your My Digi Gold account
  • Go to the Buy section
  • Enter the amount or grams of gold you wish to purchase.
  • Enable the “Use Loyalty Points” option & enter the number of points you wish to redeem.
  • Click on the Apply button.
  • Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and verify the same.
  • Click on Proceed & complete the purchase successfully.

6. Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem?

Minimum accumulation should be 250 points at the beginning, for 1st time redemption.

7. What is the maximum limit of loyalty points redemption?

There is no maximum limit, hence one can redeem as per the accumulation of points.

8. Can I use my loyalty points and pay the rest amount using available payment modes in a single purchase?

Yes. You can redeem using your loyalty points and pay the remaining amount using the available payment methods for a single transaction.

9. Do my points expire?

All points will expire after 2 years from the date of last transaction. A transaction refers to the legitimate tax invoice issued following a successful purchase & SPP instalment payments on the My Digi Gold platform.

10. What happens if my order gets cancelled /failed which is redeemed with points?

11. How long does it take to add the Loyalty Points?
